Because Jackson is coming in Saturday and I want to make I play The Roach with him, I'm gonna put a stake in the ground and say that I will be facilitating a game of the Roach on Sunday morning. All others are welcome of course!!

Hey, this is J. Bodewell,
So I will be there, with my 13 year old son both Saturday & Sunday!
I'm not sure what time we'll get there yet, I assume probably not til after 11 on Saturday.
I'll be up for playing most anything, but I always look forward to IaWA.
I'd also be up for running: "In the Age of Chivalry" home-brewed crazy easy story-game featuring Arthurian Legends. Star Wars story-game or "To the Moon!" using the same way simple story-gaming as above but this time all the players are Victorian Adventures trying to be the first one to make it to the moon! (getting back is optional).

Also, Ogre and my friend Deke may be interested in coming as well.
REMEMBER: THE SEATTLE SEAFAIR TORCHLIGHT PARADE IS GOING ON SATURDAY NIGHT!
This will make getting into and out of downtown a HUGE pain on Saturday night. It's also going to screw up parking. Be warned.

I'd love to game, but I was expecting something less "formal".
I don't know if I can really afford another con at this time. No more than $15 would be my budget.

Would it be possible to make the slots Saturday 9-1, 2-6, 8-11 (with the room available to 12 for people who want a 4 hour slot at the end, as long as everyone knows up front), and Sunday 9-1 (with the option of people starting at 10 if they only want 3 hours) and 2-5 or 6? Breaking Saturday afternoon into 2 2-hour slots as well as 1 4-hour slot might be good, or else putting the two-hour slots at the end of either day, for people who want to leave earlier.

Some games that I'd love to play with you guys in Seattle:
The Believers (my entry for the roleplaying poem challenge; UFO goodness in only 15 minutes!!) Until We Sink Archipelago (these last two are interesting Nordic games) The Shab-al-Hiri Roach (any chance to play this game with jackson and others would be hilarious)
What else would people like to play?

Hey Carl, It looks like Lesley and I are getting roped into a playtest in this slot, and since we're the only people signed up, I think we're going to bow out. Sorry if this causes any problems.

"I have a question--when the rules say "Characters get foo. In the playtest, you start with the X foo," does that mean that in the playtest, one of your foos is an X, or that in addition to your foos, you also get an X? I assume the former, but it's a little unclear.
(and if that was unclear, I mean stuff like "Characters start with two facts. In the playtest, everyone starts with the fact 'I am a Fusilier'." Am I to assume this means that characters in the playtest thus have one fact left over?)" Yeah, that's a good question. I've decided to bring pre-gen characters for this game, so don't get too wrapped up in the playtest notes in the document.
