I'm driving up from Portland on Friday afternoon, and as far as I know I can take two more people with a small bag each. Do you find this valuable?

I am driving up from Portland on Friday morning (doing the Friday night feast thing) and can take two more people. Will be returning Sunday afternoon when things are winding down. Do you find this valuable?
